My complaint:

I was playing in the arena and during my battle the person I was battling had five cards but zero points and when I completed the round it went to fast forward and got stuck on fast forward and I couldn’t do anything but log out and I lost all my progress and I lost Gems due to that battle. I am not very happy about that

Suggested solution:

I would like to get all my progress back because I had made it past the third level for my streak and now it’s starting me back at zero again. Plus I had used about 80 gyms to replay the round.
