My complaint:
Besides the fact that I was sold clear sealant and NOT white caulk like I had requested, I had asked cashier for help with finding caulking. The cashier pages someone to aisle 10 to assist me with the knowledge about caulking seeing I had to apply it outside in -15 degrees Celsius. In a nutshell, I scraped all the old caulk off that was cracked on the exterior of my home, now there are drafts coming inside my house, the sealent was just about dried in its container, I had ruined the handle on my caulking gun from squeezing so hard, I have a 1 year old child inside my 1 story home whom I cherish, and does not deserve to be cold, and now I have to live like this for the next 12 hours.
Suggested solution:
All I want is my sealant replaced with caulking, and my caulking gun replaced as well.
