Hello, I saw that my package was delivered but checked and saw that it was not delivered to the right location and somebody else had signed for it that is not me but someone named Lorena Kutta from another country. The tracking number is 1441780281. Please help.
Suggested solution:
Either give me a refund or properly send me the package with my same orders again as compensation without any charges.
