My complaint:
Thanks a lot! I ordered on the 22nd and even paid extra for express shipping. Took a week to even process it. I ordered it for an upcoming trip to Portugal, and it still isn’t even in the state, on the day we leave, the 30th at almost 5 pm! The trip is for two months and it takes two months for a package outside of portugal to get into the country. So the day after we leave, it’ll be there. Thanks for the extremely efficient service!
Suggested solution:
upgrade their shit processing machines and do shit faster!
