My complaint:
I received a package and because of quality and size, I had to return it. I did everything as required and sent the package. When the refund amount came, it was less than what I paid for the item (not including shipping). I try to contact Romwe but there is absolutely no way to do it, all they have is an automatic agent and of course, it can’t help me with this. It then says that a live agent is available 247 but it always shows up offline. I tried e-mailing them more than once and still didn’t get an answer.
Suggested solution:
Be contactable and make the full refund.
