My complaint:
I paid for my items from Romwe on Nov 30,2020 and my bank account shows the withdrawal, but when I try to search for my order on Romwe it says can’t find an order or create a new order. I am not creating a new order for something that I already paid for!!
Suggested solution:
So, either I get the clothes that I paid for or just please allow for me to get my money back.
