My complaint:
My package hasn’t moved in five days on the tracking app. I’ve read multiple complaints about people not
Receiving their package. I do not want this happening to mine. In fact it shouldn’t happen at all. They also said you never give refund and don’t resend it. This better not happen to mine.
Suggested solution:
They should check on why my package isn’t moving at all.
