My complaint:
I ordered two items on September 28th that I was indenting to use for a Halloween costume, the estimated delivery date was October 18th and I STILL have not received my items. I no longer wish to receive them as they were for a Halloween costume but I would like to get my money back or at least get the items.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back for the items that are 3 months late
