My complaint:
i ordered 2 pj sets from rowme on may 24 been checking tracking said in english arriving 6-9to6-10 well now when i check tracking its in chinese and no updates ive contacted rowme 4 times by e-mail no response and the live chat is ridiculous no live person its a computer.
Suggested solution:
they should answer my e-mails and get my tracking updated and get my package here
