My complaint:

I sent my package back to your warehouse and it says it has arrived at your warehouse but I still haven’t received my refund and the app says it hasn’t arrived at your warehouse.

Suggested solution:

It has been more than 2 weeks and I would like my refund back immediately. I’ve waited a long time and now I’m just upset with the service and don’t know if I’ll be ordering from here ever again.
