ROMWE complaint: Faulty wiring

My complaint:

I plugged in lights I bought from ROMWE and the batteries instantly became hot, and it smelt burnt. I’m afraid to use them because it may burn something or melt the plastic.

Suggested solution:

I would like new lights with good wiring.
