Rockstar Games complaint: Failure to provide which i paid for

My complaint:

Ok so i bought Grand Theft Auto 5 for PC about 2 weeks ago.
Everything was fine. I started playing online mode and had paid for many of there highest priced shark cards.

So there most recent update came out …. i updated and then my game froze and crashed to desktop after the sirens and around where you see the Rockstar logo.

Its been 4 days now and i still have not been able to fix this. I have tried many times to ask for support from Rockstar both live chat and email. The level of support they offer there players is quite frankly awful. No information is even provided or to be found on a official site about there game and status either.

For a game developer who is as well known and been around this long to be this bad with there customers is something they should be ashamed of.

I play other online games and i have never ever had any issues like this. Always support and fixes. Rockstar have nothing like this in place.

I am now left with a game i cannot play….that i cannot even load up. I have been made to jump through hoop after hoop. I have tried every fix other steam players have suggested and nothing.

This is something Rockstar should be fixing now other players!!! Oh yeah i am not the only one with this issue either.

I buy and play games to have fun playing them not to spend days with the constant headache of troubleshooting it to have it still never work. This is not fun for me!!!

Suggested solution:

I want this fixed or i want my money back for the game plus all the shark cards i bought to. Seeing right now its been close to a week and i still cannot get on this game.

If i still hear nothing back i will look into taking legal action and making a public noise as much as i can about this.

I am really that angry at this point.
To the point Rockstar have lost a customer for any and all future games.
