My complaint:
I bought a hole bunch of robux but it didn’t go through to my account. Now I wasted $40 worth of a robux for nothing. It said my purchase was successful but I got no robux. It also said I bought about $1000 robux and spend it but I didn’t.
Suggested solution:
Give my 1000 robux back to my account or let me get a refund of $40.
