My complaint:
So there was a hacker on Thursday the 16th of June. He managed to steal everyone’s pets on them and in the bank all at once, when it happened to my husband I went and traded my son gave him my huge cupcake and huge pony and two ice creams and two fairy’s and two pints and asked him to hold them for me, and then he was ha kaed and all of his pets were taken including mine, then the next morning when we woke up all of my husbands pets were returned and my sons too but mine weren’t returned to him so thought maybe they would be returned to me instead and they weren’t, I’ve written several times seeking help and have yet to receive a response. I can’t make sense of why they wouldn’t be returned to my son who had them at the time when all of his pets were taken. I just want what I paid for back. It’s ridiculous, that something you put real money for can be taken like this and not have any help, I’ve spent so much money on this game in Roblox, I just want my pets back please.
