Roblox complaint: My game was content deleted due to a free model

My complaint:

I added this Ultimate trolling gui into my Roblox game to test and mess around with it. I was unaware that this free model had a discriminatory name and broke Roblox TOS. The gui didn’t seem to work properly and I eventually was going to remove it from studio. I played my game and found a bug so I went back into studio to publish the game. I forgot that it had the trolling gui free model in it. Eventually I got a notice from Roblox saying my account was suspended until I accept the TOS and that my game was content deleted and being reviewed. I then reached out to make an appeal to Roblox moderation who declined my request to get the game back saying that I was responsible. I think their action was very unfair taking all considerations into account.

Roblox allows these users to upload free models, if I add a free model to my game and I was unaware that the name was in any way discriminatory, I shouldn’t be found guilty for the offence. It was a simple mistake that has now destroyed my game. I spent around 30-40K Robux in total on the game. Which is a tonne of money. I spent all of it on ads, paying developers, scripters, and a gfx artist. This was my first official Roblox game and it meant so much to me. It released in 2020 and I have spent so much time on the game. This is a platform for children, children make mistakes, I’m under the age of 18, we’re human and I shouldn’t be punished for this.

Roblox needs to change their policy regarding these types of situations. People are allowed to troll on the platform like Flamingo and someone I’m not allowed to add a gui. I was also going to add a gamepass to stop trollers but roblux jumped to conclusions and shut down my game. The name Ultimate trolling gui does not discriminate against anyone. I also do not have anyone knowledge of their being any sort of discriminatory content in the gui itself.

Suggested solution:

The least they could do is give me my game back. Or they could give me my money back which they won\'t do. I am tempted to pursue legal action as the decision they made is unacceptable. I am sure I am not the only one who has been caught out by this, this is a much larger issue and Roblox needs to do something about the policy in this area.
