My complaint:
Unfortunately my son was in Roblox studi I think it’s called and was uploading images from the shared home computer. My stupid husband has and image which was not suitable for Roblox shall we say and son accidentally unloaded image, thinking it was one of his. As soon as he realised what he had done he took it down straightaway! They banned him! Hadn’t even been published! I write to explain situation to Roblox support… NO understanding! No warning or anything! Son has spent his pocket money, birthday and Christmas money in this account and now he has lost it All due to one honest mistake! He is absolutely devastated! Has ruined his Christmas! First offence of this kind!
Suggested solution:
Give maybe a 7 day ban as first mistake, an honest mistake. Be understanding mistakes happen!
