My complaint:
My kid’s account got deleted without any explanation, they just show it got deleted bc of a dispute, well my kids account has been opened at least for 3 years, and he’s using his weekly allowance ($5) for his account, and that for 3 years is quite some money, and now all in the sudden they decided to STEAL this money from him, I already complained and they keep asking me for the disputed transaction proof, which I have no idea since I buy the robux from my google pay account and there’s no disputes from them
Suggested solution:
the complete refun of all the money invested in the account or the total return of the account with all the items he has bought through out the years
