My complaint:
i notified robin hood of some things that was in my account that i did not authorize or have any knowledge of after making them aware of almost $8000 missing they were restricted my entire account not allowing any access to me to be able to keep track of my money or see what was going on after calling them repeatedly they did allow me to regain access to my account and then later telling me that they were doing a experiment and clearly it was not working after following a dispute i requested a call from robin hood and then they told me they were closing my claim
Suggested solution:
i would like for them to reimburse me for the money that was fraudulently taken out of my account of around $8,000
