My complaint:

I deposited 30$ onto my gambling account. After a few hours when it did not show up I emailed them. They were not helpful at all and just kept stating that it was posted to my account. I have been emailing them constantly since and today they said it was posted at 9am Nd was played throughout the day. The same day that I emailed them several times complaining about it not showing up on my account. They said they could change my account pin but would not credit me the 30$ I posted. They have offered now solution as to the money I didn’t get but paid to them.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Credit my account the money I deposited or give me back my money. Clearly I wasn’t playing it throughout the day when I sent emails asking where my money was.
