Riversweeps complaint: Not paying a loyal customer!!

My complaint:

I won $2500.00 last night they only paid me $500.00 which left $2000.00 still on my acct. I go in today to collect my money and the worker tells me my acct has a zero balance. So now I’m extremely pisse off. Especially because I had asked the employee to lock my acct to secure my money. But he’s saying you can’t lock an acct which is a damn lie. So now here I set fuming wanted to destroy this place of business but I’m keeping my cool patiently waiting for them to contact somebody, who has to contact somebody. Oh but it gets better they proceed to tell me that since today is a Saturday there is no gurantee they will be able to resolve this matter today!!! Just pay me my money that you owe me. You didn’t have to wait for the money I paid you to play!!! This loyal customer is about to lose their cool. And platnium hits has for sure lost a customer and I will make sure I’m not the only one they’ll lose if they don’t make this right!!!
