My complaint:

I’ve been playing riversweeps for about maybe a year now in the beginning I never really had any complaints about it. Now that some new people have taken over ownership I have been having nothing but trouble logging into my account and then I get in and start playing the reels would keep spinning until I was automatically kicked off and have to log back on. Now I can’t even say how many hundreds of dollars I have put into my account because I don’t want to come to grips with reality that I have been getting ripped off for about 3 or more months but now since yesterday when I make a deposit I have to wait for the amount for hours. This morning I made a $25 dollar deposit and 15 hours later I’m still freaking waiting for it to be credited I’m beyond frustrated with this I’ve emailed,called, and messaged them and they all say that they are behind on deposits and I have to wait like everyone else

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Get their business together and readjust the games to what they were before so I can at least have a chance of winning some of my money back.
