My complaint:
I made a ticket then they banned me and said ‘ ppl from your location are not allowed to play’
I made a ticket again to get the acc with my other email and the same thing again…
so after a year, ppl from my location are allowed to play! but they say omg so many ppl have info for this acc we can’t give it back! bro, it’s me with another email and they don’t even bother to check or anything they close the ticket!
so funny that even if I get banned I should be able to log in to my acc but not able to play, they made my riot id disappear!
and I saw some tweets that a lot of ppl say riot ban the acc and change riot id and sell it to other players!
let’s say even if they are right to ban me but I want to have my riot id why they completely made it disappear? they even remove all the comments about ppl saying they got scammed by them! we buy skins and riot scams us 🙂
Suggested solution:
I want a real human to check the emails and tickets that are made for my account and find out who owns the account!
always a robot spams me and closes the ticket if once only once the give a little time for me and my account and check the tickets they will see I am the owner of my account and should give it back even if it's banned they have to give my account back they are not allowed to take it for themselves when we spend money on account!
