My complaint:
Ordered four casement windows with Renewal by Anderson through El Paso TX Aesop’s Gables business June 16th 2022. While the Aesop’s Gables has remained in touch on order progress for past 11 months, the windows have not been delivered by Renewal by Anderson. A 50% down payment was made in good faith for these windows. No follow up has been provided on where our order is. Only explanation provided is they do not know. Was contacted once by a manager that said the delay could be due to lack of parts. Unable to reach this person again for follow up and will not return calls. Unable to reach any customer service contact through the Renewal by Anderson cooperate office. Feel like this has been a scam operation!
Suggested solution:
Find and deliver the windows for installation. It will be one year since contract as of June 16th 2023.
They are continuing to scam people. I found 2 others in my city and they’ve walked away with more than $50k and have done no work.
