My complaint:
The installation guys are great, but the company and it’s management, at least for the El Paso location is the WORST I have ever experienced. Made a down payment of $45k in April 2022 and window and door installation was finally completed 6/15/2023. Over 14 months when the quote said 4-6 months. They sent the same guy out twice to do a template for the door and when it arrived it was the wrong size. The installation crew had to make field modifications to make it fit and the stucco guys did a good job of hiding the measurement errors. Then they had the gall to demand payment 30 minutes after the stucco guy finished painting when I was at work and had not seen the finished product. They could not wait one damn day for the rest of the funds even though they sat on our down payment for over a year. That makes me think they have serious financial difficulties and I would NEVER do business with them again.
Suggested solution:
Wait a day or two before demanding payment
