My complaint:
I am a senior citizen on pension and I mistakenly purchased windows from Renewal by Andersen and signed an agreement. I was told that if I did not sign the contract I would lose my 5%. That is when all the problems started. For 3 windows it costg $5000 and after pricing different companies, that is way too much. I would like them to lower the price. Thank for your time

Either get me out of the contract or reduce the price
