My complaint:
Remitly gained access to my checking account through one of their hacker customers and fraudulently approved a transfer of $1980 internationally. After filing with my bank and then filing directly with Remitly, the issue of my stolen funds is still unresolved. Remitly was somehow able to obtain my debit card and pin number and approve the transfer. The is no way that a reputable bank would allow a debit card to be used to transfer that much internationally! I mean I can’t even withdraw that much in one day using my debit card domestically!!!!
Suggested solution:
Have either Remitly or Chase do the respectable thing and refund my money.
