If it (bonus points money) is my money why do you make it so difficult for me to get it. It should be automatically deposited to my account. The way you do it is ridicules.
ALSO…When I transfer money from my Regions checking to pay on my Regions Visa card, the money leaves my checking account immediately but does not show up uuuu¨
