My complaint:
the bathroom had mold on the walls. the bathroom sink was cracked. the vent was encrusted with dirt. the door bottom was coming apart. room 124 was definitely not a deluxe room. mentioned it to attendantmanager and he didn’t even respond. This is the third red roof we have had trouble with. Apparently no one ever checks your motels for compliance to health and safety.
Suggested solution:
have someone inspect every room for compliance not the manager. we have been using red roof for the last nine years and the have been going down hill. we will not return.
