My complaint:
Me and my son and granddaughter recently dined in at red lobster.We had the worst possible experience that u could ever go through at a restaurant like that.Our waitress was rude crude and had a foul mouth in front of my 7 year old granddaughter!! All because we asked for refills on our team and she was busy texting on her phone.
Suggested solution:
Replace our meal because we didn't even get to enjoy it.we paid for what we ordered and left
