My complaint:
Unsanitary conditions:
1- blood on the bed and mattress
2- pubic hairs spread on the bed
3- black stain from bedbugs
4- dirty towels
5- tub black mold
6-very smelly and dirty carpets
7- pillows and bed broken
I got bitten and itchy skin all over the head and body.
Got dhireea bc my nerves.
Suggested solution:
They didn't do anything
