My complaint:
This is in reference to your hammonton, nj location. I’ve had nothing but problems with harassment from the owners after an attempted illegal eviction. I’ve been living here since 10/12/21 and they refuse to give me a printout of all the cash/ card payments we’ve made to them. Maybe it’s because they employed me under the table them printing that info out would verify my employment with the written log I kept of my times, hours days. Plus they’ve attempted on multiple occasions to get in to our room without permission. We’re legally tenants as pet nj law and they keep violating our rights as tenants, especially privacy.
Suggested solution:
I want a print out of every single payment we've made since 10/12/21 until the present (12/9/23). As well as our tenant rights to be acknowledged especially since the stress of them harassing us over rent they've allowed to be late many times over, caused my fiance to have a stroke and I have medical documents proving he's had a stroke on 12/3/23.
