My complaint:
I book reservation for the july 1st to the 2nd at 2:30am on the 2nd. I and my family drove 16hrs and needed some where to sleep for a couple of hours. This hotel said they could not accommodate us because it was too late to check in, and their system should have never let us book, after saying all of this then refused to give back a refund. This place needs to be investigated for fraud, and trained on customer service. Also in attempt to get some resolution since I booked through Expedia, they called red inn Atleast 10times and I watched them purposely not answer the phone. Expedia says they would need to authorize the refund and they do not want to . This is ridiculous since I’m the one not at fault, I booked the reservation and you all allowed it.I’m extremely upset. . Thank goodness for the hotel next door.
