My complaint:
The problem I have is that when making a complaint to RCI, it goes ignored even when there is a serious problem.
I already emailed 7 different addresses on the website with no one attending.
Let’s see if this starts to get noticed.

I took over my mother’s membership in 2019 and she was a member since 1985.
The accommodation at Lilly Land Aka Mirage Bay are the most filthy and disgusting rooms I have ever experienced.
It is plain filthy. Attached are the photos and two videos for you to see.
There is pubic hair on the floor of the bathroom. There are other things smeared on the floor under the counter and the shower still has the last few people’s soap residue caked on the soap tray.
The kitchen has food and oils sprayed against the walls.
Nearly every other surface in this room has filth on it.
I complained at reception when we arrived and were shown 3 other equally appalling rooms, one even had used toilet paper on the floor.

Suggested solution:
Give me my points to spend at another member resort.
I had to book alternative accommodation immediately to get out of that situation booked through RCI
