My complaint:
Our tv is less than six months old it now has a red line from top to bottom we sent rca pictures of the tv and a email receipt as we bought it online they keep sending emails not good enough we sent them 12 times so far my husband is disabled with muscular dystrophy so we had to pay to get the tv took down to get the pictures and we can’t afford to do that every week like they seem to want us to

We would like a total refund of 385 dollars which includes and extra warrenty
