My complaint:
I bought a RCA 70 Inch TV a year and a half ago from Walmart on line . Tv worked great just got done paying it off . Then it just went black for no reason.
I contacted RCA and they said I’m out of my warranty and to take it to a repair shop. So even though I did not agree I took it to repair shop. The shop told me it was a defective TV and that they could not get replacement parts for it so there was nothing that could be done can not be fixed.
So I bought RCA because I had RCA tv my whole childhood and the same tv still works at my fathers house 40 years later. I looked up how long today’s TVs should last and at least 5 to 7 years and that’s with being on 247. So now I purchased a tv not to long ago I have No tv now I can’t afford one because I was laid off due to covet. I should not have to anyways when I just bought one a little over a year ago. I feel ripped off and now I have no Tv…

Send me a new Tv..
