My complaint:

Elizabeth *** was paid an upfront commission of $12,000 and she did not post the profit into crypto.com wallet address as promised. I paid taxes on the profit in the amount of $8,900. I paid for the following fees through bank wire transfer: $9,856.00 for first time transaction ation policy fee, $6108.91 IBPC as in INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PERMIT CERTIFICATE fee for which I do not own a business I mentioned to Elizabeth.

I told her that I was recently unemployed and I needed the money for household expenses. She cut all communication with me and I made several attempts to reach out to her. Elizabeth has not kept her promise to post Bitcoin profit to crypto.com wallet address as she agreed. I also requested for a contract as a condition of promise. I’m requesting for full refund of service I did not receive and fees Elizabeth.

Suggested solution:

Elizabeth should resolve the complaint by refunding the $12,000 commission, $8,900 in taxes for profit I did not receive, $6,108 for international business permit certificate fee $9,856 for first time transaction ation fee due to not receiving profit from iq options. I will forward this complaint to the Securities Exchange Commission, FINRA as well as the FBI for fraudulent practice.
