My complaint:

I purchased the dining table along with 4 chairs in Oct 2021. After using the dining table for three months i noticed that there is a bubble on the surface of the dining table. Raymour Flanigan did an exchange in the month of January 2022 stating that it is a manufacturing defect.

In the month of July 2022, i again noticed the bubble on the surface of my Dining table and reported the same to Raymour Flanigan customer care. The service representative was at the place and ed to me that it is a manufacturing defect and did an exchange again. The dining table was exchanged again.

In the month of October 2022, the Bubble on the surface is evident again and this is the third time in the span of one year i am facing this problem with the dining table. I called raymour Flanigan again and spoke to a representative regarding this issue. They transferred the call to the service department. The service department representative told me that it cannot be exchanged anymore as it is a Customer issue. Moisture was on the Dining table surface and it caused the bubble.

It is a brand new dining table and within two months of every exchange the table is bubbled up.

The dining table is for having food and moisture on the surface is quite common. The answer given by the Service representative is not acceptable. I would like the raymour flanigan to look into this issue and provide me suitable solution.
