My complaint:
Had stay in Park Inn hotel of Raddision group… for two days I faced unpolite front office behaviour also at reception they were rude and misbehaving…. Food taste and quality was very low I had ordered non veg platter it was badly made with lot of Oil… when I mentioned and asked to have a talk with chef the staff refused and rather arranged call from one waiter Ajay who was not known to anything regarding complaints … Food taste was not up to mark…no positive response from staff…Even when I asked for fresh mango and ice cream it came too late(40 mins approx) even they gave an unripened mango with it… totally disgusting…
Suggested solution:
Concerned manager should look into this and get customer feedback and resolve issues to the core
