My complaint:
I Book Radison hotel north GOA with Goibibo for 6-7 May 2023 and I have lot of bad experience in this booking as shown in pics also.
AC was working in whole night, when we came hotel @10:30 PM we informed in hotel for the same, Hotel staff check and asking AC service required and this may take around 1Hr.
They didn’t provide me another room for that time period, so I refused AC service because my daughter (5 Years old) was sleeping.
I spend more than 1 hr. on reception on requesting to change room, but they excuse that hotel is full.
In GOA summer is on peak and I ought to spend night over there because either Hotel or Goibibo was not giving any solution.
In room lot of mosquitos over there, So I complaint this to hotel reception for ALLOUT or other substance for ReLeaf mosquitos.
I called twice on reception for all-out (Mosquito repellent) but every time they are calling will send in 2 mints, but they did not provide.
I was not sleeping on whole night to care of my daughter that mosquitos were not bite her.
During night I found Lizards also moving in room, one of them I killed.
At the last there was horrible experience because of hotel as well as Goibibo.
