My complaint:

I arrived the hotel with my husband and my brother in law. We had reservations for the same day but somehow the night manager had not made our reservation anyhow, the receptionist acted like she completely ran the place. I had the booking for all five nights at the suite and then this rude disgusting woman lies to my face about having it booked for herself. Okay is how would you feel about that? The receptionist of a hotel refusing you the suite or even a room because she says her group booking is today. I tried getting in touch with different departments but they were all so proud and indignant
