My complaint:
I provided hotel manager with reservation for 3 rooms, but hotel manager insisted I only had reservations for 2 rooms (I ed the night before my stay, so surprised this was an issue).
After arguing for 5 minutes, I called Radisson customer care, who was able to easily I had reservations for 3 rooms. However, still took 30 minutes before hotel manager gave me 3 rooms.
However, hotel manager then refused to acknowledge my platinum status. Also, hotel manager said that hotel did not have any pack n play, until I reminded him that this too was ed night before.
Overall, horrible service. Further, I was promised call back by Radisson customer care. I’m still waiting for call back.
Suggested solution:
Call me back and offer some type of compensation.
