My complaint:

There is no menu card available in room.It took more than 30 minutes to get a response from In room dining staff.Duty manager response was equally poor and unprofessional.
Even in breakfast table cutleries are not placed.Butlers are not skilled and not trained even.Very pathetic services

By improving services and should apologise
