My complaint:

We have full payed for our group stay in Radisson Blue Scandinavia hotel in Oslo.Because of covid restrictions we have had to postpone our stay in a hotel, letting them know 3 month before , and we have recived the ation that there is no problem in that. Now, just some days before our trip, the group menager have let us know that we cant use that money, deposited in 2020 on the hotel banc account.

Suggested solution:

According to our contract, we have had the possibility to cancel our stay at your hotel with only two weeks notice totally free of charge. We have notified you well before this term that we want to postpone our stay at your hotel (if possible) and after receiving the answer that there will be no problem and that we will only have to pay the difference in the rate for the room and that it is difference we can pay when we arrive at your hotel, we accept the change. The same thing happened and the following two years. His colleges have given us the ation of the postponement of the date of our stay and they never mentioned that we cannot use the money credited to his bank account. In our group we have citizens of Argentina and the United States, all are people of legal age (70 ). After notifying the members of our group of what happened with your hotel, we decided to go to your hotel on June 21, where if necessary we will lie down in front of the entrance door until we can get the service. that we have paid Also, we will notify the representatives of the embassies of Argentina and the United States, journalists and the defense of the consumer.
