My complaint:
Physically assaulted by security guard at door who attempted to steal my ID without even letting me in people to check it. He also made me tell him my room number and would not ID himself at all. So you couldn’t even he was staff.
Could have just been posing as fake security, who knows. Wouldn’t even let me in building to talk with front desk staff and mysel before Physically gabbing my hand to take my ID. Truly disgusting behaviour. Happened March 6th night
Suggested solution:
Financial compensation or fire security guard. Don\'t care which.
