My complaint:
I stayed at Country Inn and Suites in Commerce GA on 772021. When I went to take a shower there was a huge glob of black hair in the bathtub. I called the desk clerk and he came up and cleared it. Apparently Valerie did not bother to clean the tub. I have left 3 messages along with the picture with the manager. He refused to return my call.
Suggested solution:
full refund. If Valerie did not clean the tub I am not sure she cleaned the rest of the room.
