My complaint:

Hello,

I stayed in your hotel last night the 7th of January with my girlfriend for one night.Everything was fine, your staff are very helpful and accommodating, room was lovely. I took a shower at around 11.30 pm and as I grabbed a fresh towel from the towel rack I began to dry myself I felt something scratch me , it was then I checked the towel and noticed a dry hard orangey stain which was clearly a previous guests vomit dried into the towel. It was disgusting, i wanted to pack my bags and leave the hotel, my girlfriend convinced me not to.

In a time were we need to hand sanitise and wear masks everyday this was truly horrible thing to discover, I didn’t sleep well as I was then thinking is the sheet clean is my pillow even clean it was not great night sleep.

I rang reception soon after finding the towel and the girl was very nice and apologetic and she sent a man up with clean towels and took the spoiled towel away , I also mentioned it to reception checking out and they were very apologetic.i will attach a picture of the towel. It’s not what I would expect from a Raddison hotel as I visit your hotels frequently with work and also as a customer. If this is the wrong email could you please forward it to a manager please. Thank you

Refund my money ideally.
