My complaint:
I bought two pairs of radian jeans for my sister. They didn’t fit her quite right, and I followed the steps on their website to email them. I didn’t get a response. I have sent several other emails with no response. I have gone on their website to communicate with their live chat and didn’t receive a response on how to return these jeans either. It has been a month now with no response.
Suggested solution:
I want to get a refund label and I want a full refund at this point.
