My complaint:
I ordered jeans and did receive them, but the size was too tight (having used their sizing chart). I asked to exchange. They approved. I sent them back. The y have had one excuse after another as to why my item has not shipped yet. They originally said that they did not have the jeans size I needed, but a visit to their sight showed that it was available for sale. This has been going on since September 19 with no resolution.
Suggested solution:
Ship out the pair of size 6 jeans that they said they would, without delay.
