My complaint:
I returned an item in August 8, 2023 and I have still not received my refund for $1,969.99 I have called QVC several times and I still have not recieved my refund.
Suggested solution:
Because I am 74 years old living on retriement and I cannot afford to give QVC almost $2,000 for a TV that sent to me even after it was cancelled but shipped out anyway so they have taken money from me and refused to refund my payment even months after receiving it returned months ago.
