My complaint:
I placed and order and my order was randomly canceled and my account terminated. My money was never returned and no communication or explanation was given.
Order was placed on 1210. Order number is 6922545459. Total $517.16.
They still have my money and have no intention of shipping the item I have paid for..
Suggested solution:
I would like written notice exactly why they canceled my account and why I did not get a refund immediately.
I would also like a list of their policies and procedures and legal disclaimers for having to do with orders, order cancelation and account closures.
